Companies, recruiters and business opportunities are all passing you by because you
haven't taken the time to optimize the top research tool used in business today.

This event will teach you how to take your dry LinkedIn profile and change it into
a branding tool that silently markets your greatest assets.

While the old saying, "it’s not WHAT you know, it’s WHO you know," still stands
true, you now must tell WHO you know, WHAT you know. This event will show you EXACTLY how.

Who should attend?

Penn State Smeal College of Business Seeking Volunteers

We are seeking your assistance with a new service we now offer to alumni and
current students. SmealConnect - the new online career service - offers alumni -
specific job postings from companies interested in hiring Smeal graduates. It also
offers a career resource to current students.

On this site, alumni can register to give career advice to current students - here’s
where we are seeking your assistance. The way it works is, students may
search for alumni who have offered to give advice and who have similar backgrounds
and experiences, and reach out to them for advice. Students typically have
questions about career decisions and other business topics.

I encourage you to consider getting involved in SmealConnect - your involvement
will help our students in their career planning. You may get started by accessing
the complete SmealConnect registration instructions.
